Watercolor Florals For Spring: My Art At The Frame Gallery

Watercolor Florals For Spring: My Art At The Frame Gallery

I've been looking forward so much to spring, and now that it's finally here I can feel the excitement in the air! The sun is shining and my watercolor florals are on display now at The Frame Gallery in Agoura Hills.

I first found out about The Frame Gallery last summer, when I was looking for framing options for my art prints. I quickly discovered how high quality the framing is here. They have a wide selection of wood types and matting, and can frame very large pieces as well.

I'm excited to have my artwork on display here this spring, just in time for gardening season!

I love taking pictures of all the flowers I see when I'm out walking. I keep an ongoing folder of flowers so that I can start painting them anytime.

Watercolor is one of the most relaxing mediums I have found, and I love to just sit down with a nice cup of coffee or tea, and start painting. The feeling of watercolor on paper is quite freeing. It is a very organic and loose, which are qualities I love to use in my work. The flow of the paint reminds me of the free spirit of childhood, and how we can always go back to our inner child through art!

If you are interesting in purchasing one of my watercolors, please be sure to visit The Frame Gallery in Agoura Hills.
