My Story

I started out as a graphic designer, and realized along the way how much I also loved painting and drawing. Designer and illustrator turned fine artist, I love nature, color, patterns, home decor and the beach. I focus on watercolors and mixed media painting.

I've spent over 15 years running my own business as a graphic designer, web designer, branding designer, map illustrator, surface designer and launching my own greeting card line Paper Loop at the National Stationery Show.

Some of the best memories I have are from New York at The Javits Center, meeting with boutique owners, and learning about their shops! I love helping retailers offer vibrant, whimsical greeting cards for their customers.

After working with Better Homes & Gardens as their travel column illustrator, I started my series of the 50 states in watercolor.

About Me

Living in Southern California, I love creating nature inspired artwork, watercolor maps, and painting abstract art. I create visual journeys through simplified shapes and playful color palettes. Inspired by my inner child, I see to capture the spirit of adventure in my work! I’m on a mission to share my joy of watercolor and painting with the world! When I’m not painting, you can find me hanging out with my family, taking pictures, or driving along the coastline to find the best beaches and iced coffees!
